Driven by a Passion for Pure Pet Care
Our journey began as a husband-and-wife duo, Brittany and I, living in Long Beach, CA. We shared a deep belief in natural, chemical-free living. Brittany always dreamed of creating her own skincare line. She started by making a wonderful, nourishing body butter. Our passion quickly grew into launching an all-natural lifestyle brand. To this day, we still make our own natural shampoo, laundry soap, and dishwasher detergent at home.
We gave that lifestyle brand our absolute best. However, the high cost of traveling for trade shows, working full-time jobs, and managing a household move became overwhelming. We ultimately decided to hang up the towel and stop doing trade shows.
The Surprising Birth of Mighty Dog Shampoo
Even though we paused the lifestyle brand, we kept getting messages from customers asking about our dog shampoo. It was one of the few select products we sold, and people absolutely loved it.
Frustrated by the toxic chemicals, synthetic sulfates, parabens, and fake perfumes in commercial pet products that leave dogs constantly scratching, we listened to our customers. We decided to pivot, put all our effort into pet care, and focus entirely on our dog shampoo. While we hope to pick the human lifestyle brand back up one day, pets became our primary mission.
(The beautiful pup pictured above is our beloved dog, Marley. She recently passed away at the incredible age of 15, and she always truly enjoyed her bath time with our formulas.)
Brittany and I spent years researching and refining natural ingredients to ensure they were safe for dogs like Marley. We successfully mastered a flawless combination of:
